Huddle Digital café sessions for energy communities
Re-connect all year round - build relationships and the industry together
The Huddle Digital Café is our structured post-event webinar series, offering our event community a dedicated forum to engage with key themes and industry developments. These sessions provide an opportunity to explore further the main event takeaways in more detail, action next steps in building the sector, continue to build business relationships and the dialogue sparked during the main event. We invite you to join us and invite you to join with a cup of coffee and an open mind.
Your community where you collaborate through closed doors and open minds. Each session is 1.5 hours long, and Chatham House Rules applies.

Critical Next Steps in eFuel Project Development: Reviewing Key Influences on Revenue
3rd December 2025 - 1pm (GMT) / 8am (EST)
Producers of synthetic fuels face a wide range of cost structures, with HVO typically at the lower end and PtX technologies carrying a higher cost base. The market itself is being shaped by legislation, mandates, and targets, often leveraging existing demand in sectors including methanol, kerosene, and ammonia. A premium will inevitably emerge, driven by two key factors: the cost of carbon (as these fuels will be subject to carbon certificate pricing), and a more volatile, short-term premium based on supply and demand dynamics. It is this latter, unpredictable premium that presents the greatest challenge for developers and purchasers. A focused conversation exploring carbon pricing and, more critically, the role of mandates as demand drivers - including when a market short might materialize - could be both timely and valuable in unpacking these complex issues.
